You need to remove the entire trim panel and glass run. The belt molding has rivets that hold it in place.
take the screws out of the door hanle to separate the inside door molding from the body then just pull he door molding off from multiple locations in a pattern around it.
Sometimes the molding along the lower track will come loose and jam the door as it closes, causing it to open back up. Check to make sure the molding is firmly in place.

Perhaps someone has tried to pry the door open. You may need to realign or replace the sensor switch.
