i use to have the same year make and model secca. my suggestion would be a haynes service manual. it was like gold when it came to working on my bike. they cost about $20.00 and can probly be ordered at autozone or your local Yamaha dealership or parts and service center. goodluck
Replace the caliper and bleed the brake system.
Lift the car on a jack, remove the tire, remove the brake shoe/caliper and remove the old brake pad. Put in the new brake pad, replace the brake shoe/caliper, replace the tire and lower the car to the ground.
Shared with the brake fluid.
check the switch on the top of the brake pedal.

Diagrams for a 1993 Honda Civic brake system can be found the factory service repair manuals. These manuals will also explain in detail how to properly replace and repair the brake components.
Lift the car on a jack, remove the tire, remove the brake shoe/caliper and remove the old brake pad. Properly dispose of the old pad, put in the new brake pad, replace the brake shoe/caliper, put the tire back on and lower the car.
You might have an issue with the 4wd shifter location, and the 93 has a foot brake instead of a hand brake, but it will probably go.
remove brake lines, remove bolts on the bracket that holds the cylinder to the brake booster then its free. Some cases you will have to pry open the brake shoes.
