Other then carefully with tools, the tie rod ends will have to be the only answer i can give you for now, the ball joints I'll have to look at my car and give you the answer for that a little later, the tie rod ends you have to 1st) jack the car up. 2) Remove the tire 3) behind the brake ,kinda, You'll see the tie rode end which is attached to the CV boot. On the bottom of the tie rode end where its attach to the wheel mount you'll see a bolt that's about an 18 or 19 mm in size, first try to remove that nut. Try using PV Blaster to help lossen it up. If that doesnt work you can try to use an air gun, again that just might casue the whole thing to turn and not just the nut. So what you can do is one of like 3 things. You can heat up the nut to lossen it from the threads, 2 you can get a pickle forck under the tie rode end and pull up really really hard, and try to remove the nut that way...you may need a friend to help with that, or you can cut just above the nut. Like if you can see one or two threads that should do and it will cut off pretty quick...use a hack saw. Once its remove keep the tie rod end in the wheel mount. Next get a wrench that will fit the nut that on the rod...sorry i can't remember the size. Put that wrench on the nut. Now get your hammer and hit the wrench a few times, trying to get the nut away from the tie rod end, just to lossen it , not to fully get it away, you don't want to get your tired out of alignement. Next after you get the nut lossened, remove the tie rod, and put hte new one on. Remember if your tie rod come with a nipple for grease, put the nipple on and put grease inside the tie rod, also if it comes with a cotter pin use that once you have that tie rod, you know where theres a little hole on the threaded rod part. Once you put the nut on slide the cotter pin in and bend it so it wont fall off. Ok i hope this helps with your tie rods.
