smart asssssss anser people need help to their problems not quirps of course needs manual but here ugo andbuuuushhhet first u take off radiator andrain allcoolant then 4 fanboltsthen remove hoses that particular truck has half metal hoses so mark rubber to metal hose time of day makes putting back 10 timeseasier gives u references if urs is 4 wheel drive everything on motor front comes off if not 6 bolt and water pump is off clean surfacegood and wipe down id use orange rtv put on pump let stand about 45minutes and slowly replace six bolts almost tite wait 15 minutesand snug down to 30 lbs replace thermostat problem with thesemotors an look for marks on hoses and clamps replace fan and radiator first time use water and check for leaks water is cheaper to spill or leak and has better temp range for getting hotter to make thermo open first time after that top of anti and drive and re check for leaks i was so miffed i forgot to tell u to replace belts they adjust on alt and powersteering indivigually an set screw 14 mm 13 mm and 10 mm and 8 mm there u go
