I have an 02. Front drivers side, typical. Get the regulator from your parts house. Make sure it's the right part. There are several screws, but all you take out are three. These are the mounting bolts for the regulator assembly. You will have to dismount it, and from the window, itself. Best if done while in the "up" position. Keep it there(rubber grips of sort). Take out the old regualtor, and install the new one. Bolt everything back up. Worked for me. The shop wanted $240, and I did it for $46. Hope this will help.
