Try disconnecting the NEGATIVE battery terminal wire for about 5 minutes, that probably will do it.
Your passlock security is activated. Many things can cause this. 1 or more of three things. The key chip is bad, the ignition cylinder that reads the key is bad, or the TDM (Theft Deterrant Module-computer that reads the info) is bad. All of which can shut down your vehicle.
