How do you reset maintenance service indicator on a 2006 Mercedes E350
I dont know how to turn that sensor off; although, i do have a 2006 tundra and if your spare tire is low that light will come on as well so you might want to check that out.
see you tube...theres a fix on there
Im not sure about the 2008 but on my 2006 all you need do is hold down the trip odometer then turn the key to on. Watch screen where the miles add up. Hold the button down till the screen is blank.
You do not reset it, it is a fault code. It is not a routine maintenance indicator. Fix the problem and the light will go out.
Put the key into the ignition and press the odometer button. While holding down the odometer button, turn the key to the on position. You will see "-----"on the odometer display. It will count down "-----" "----" "---" "- -" "-". Then you will see zeros on the odometer display "000000". You can now release the odometer button. This will reset the maintenance light on your dash!!!!!!
Press the "step" button until "0 miles to service" is displayed. Hold "reset" until it resets.
