you can not reset SRS or Check Engine.you need to take the car to an authorized service workshop.thei will use computer conected to data link conector to reset(also to have a full diagnose). i paid about 20euro for this in Romania at the Mercedes shop for a 1995 S-Class.now i have the same problem with an E-Class because I disconected airbag and switched ignition on. it might be much more expensive in other country,but you can take advantage of the full system diagnosis for the same money. seaman5705@Yahoo.com
