By looking for the instructions in your owner's manual, or just figuring it out. Don't have an owner's manual. You can probably go to any salvage yard and get one. Also a Google Search will yield results.
Press and hold the hour button until it starts blinking, about 3 to 5 seconds. you should now be able to keep pressing the button until it reaches the desired number, do the same for the minutes button, then leave them alone for about 5 seconds and it should be set. If that doesn't work, good luck to you.
The car itself has to be turned off.
a picture of the radio would be helpful
Hello...I believe I can help. With the car on or off, press the SET button. The SET indicator will appear on the screen for only five seconds, so have your fingers ready. Press the SEEK button for the hour...and the SCAN button for the minutes. Good luck.
Let Patrick do it!
The clock on the radio can be set by two buttons found to the right on the display screen. H for hour and M for minute.

Sure it is. Remove the radio from the dash, loosen the tabs holding the faceplate to the box and the front will pull out. The bulb is on the left front, to remove the bulb you will twist/turn the bulb counter-clockwise I believe to lift it out. The new bulb will be set in and turned until it is seated.
Push the menu botton on the radio intill you see hour on clock. Then use the SEL with up and down arrows on it to set the hour. Then hit the menu botton again to mins. and use the same SEL botton up and down to set the mins. When finished hit the menu button one last time.

It works as low as 25 mph. I have found that mine does not always work because my car is 16 years old. I hope this helps you.
turn the raido off and hit the set button, use the seek buttons, up for the hour, down for the min.
