first thing you do is take off the calliper. then you will need to take off the calliper mount bracket. there will be two bolt's on the back side of the spindle. then the roter should just slide off with a little force. To assymble put bracket back on open master cylinder. compress calipor with a big channle locks or c clamp, mount calliper. do only one side at a time!!!!!
You will need to remove the front tire and wheels from your 2002 Jeep liberty. Remove the brake pads and break assembly. Tap the rotors with a hammer or mallet. The rotors will come off. Reverse the process to install the new rotors.
Get new front brake rotors, there cheap.

Jack up and safely support front of vehicle. Remove front wheels. Remove front brake calipers and hang them with wire so not to damage brake hoses. Remove brake caliper brackets. Remove brake rotors. Rotors may need a little persuasion with a large hammer as they may be stuck/rusted in place. Reverse order to install rotors.
The minimum thickness number should be cast into the rotor.

There is no definite answer to this question, as no one drives the same. However you could average 30,000 miles for the front rotors, and 60,000 for the rear.
there are two bolts that hold brake calipers to a u shaped bracket, remove them and then remove the two bolts holding the u shaped bracket. The rotors will come off at this point.
Disc brakes , front and rear ( there are also a small set of brake shoes in the backside of the rear rotors that are used for the parking / emergency brake )
Hire a mechanic!
Either warped rotors or drums can cause pulsating. Apply the parking brake slowly while going about 15mph and see if t pulsates. If it does, it is the drums that need turning. If not, it is the rotors that need turning.
