there are 6-7 clips on the back side, the push in/pull hard type lol just like the ones used on the dash. however there are also 3 plastic hook looking things used as guides so dont just pull out you gotta lift up as well. somewhat tricky the first time but once you can actually see how it works its alot easier! good luck!!
There is a clip on the back side of the window crank that you have to take off, then take the door panel off.
Take one screw in side the door panel\switch finisher and then you will find 2 screws holding the arm rest, take those out and then pull the panel out.
On the inside of the cable (handle side) they are 2 (i believe) clip releases. You have to feel around and push the clips in to get the cable to release from the bracket.
I believe In the silverado door panel the steel mesh that surrounds the speakers should easily pop out with a flat head screw driver, then if you unscrew the four screws around the speaker you can drop them out threw the hole to work or replace them.

For the front speakers your gonna have to take the door panels off to get to all the wiring and everything and for the back ones you should just be able to take the plastic cover off and replace them
