2007 vehicle that is still under warranty. If you have a problem with the seat belt alarm, then take it to the dealer for repair under the warranty. If you are just trying to avoid wearing your seat belt, then I will not help you as this is just plain ignorant. Seat belts save lives and this has been proved in thousands of accidents. Don't be a idiot, put on your seat belt.
I have a 2004 F150 Heritage and was having an issue with the alarm going off when I tried to start the truck. You should have a black button under the driver side dash down by the Hood release that is the kill switch for the alarm if you hold that down while starting the truck it should keep the alarm from sounding and killing the engine.
