How do you unlock a stuck ignition switch on a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport when manipulating steering wheel or brakes won't help?

You probably need to get an automotive locksmith to pull out the barrel of the ignition, clean it out and open up the "vee" that allows the levers to turn.
