If it is a factory doorlock system you want to keep using a two wire because the locks work off of reverse polarity

It will be a tan wire with a black stripe that breaks out of the wireing harness on the fire wall but close to the dist.
the purple wire is the gauge and white and black are ground!
Use an inductive pickup on plug-wire #1, and connected to tachometer located in vehicle.
Someone knocked a wire loose.
Load is too large for the circuit, or there is a short in the wire you are hooking up.
Not sure what you are asking there is a white wire on the door switch for the interior lighting.
