∙ 10y agoNo! whatever it is that the cat urinated on is ruined forever! Though there are products that "claim" to be able to permanently remove that signature scent, even after decades a faint trace of the smell WILL be detectable.
(especially to someone who doesn't have cats)
So, long story short, whatever it is that got "nailed" you should throw away immediately!
