There is a fine line between killing to protect one's country and murdering innocent lives. he never killed people ALL AROUND the world. He ordered the army to fight for that country's (Kuwait, refering to the Gulf War) freedom because those people (Saddam Hussein's army from Iraque) were going to take over that country and kill most of the people if they didn't follow him. Bush was saveing that country from evil.
