Depends on your state law. Here in my home state of Virginia, a 2nd DUI within 5 years, your license can be gone forever. Forever is a long time to be walking.
It depends upon why you license is revoked and the county. Lets say a bad case scenario is that you are revoked for multiple DUI's and the offense occurs in Waukesha County. You can expect to be convicted of a misdemeanor, fined over $1000 and spend probably a month or so in huber.
For a felony coupled to a violation of the vehicle code, like felony DUI or if an accident occurs with injury (or worse), a driver's license can be suspended or revoked. You can probably count on it. If one was to simply, say, beat down a police officer and get a felony battery, you're probably okay with keeping the license, but your other problems just got worse by at least a factor of ten. Check your local vehicle code for terms and conditions under which your driving PRIVILEGE can be suspended or revoked. And good luck.
"LITTERING" is (usually) a minor offense for which you may be issued a "TICKET." Receiving a ticket is not a conviction. A CONVICTION occurs only after you either plead guilty, or are found guilty of actually doing it.
If you got pulled in Texas as an NY driver, you will not get points. However, NY will still suspend your license if you fail to respond to the ticket. From the New York State DMV website.http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/dmvfaqs.htm"The NYSDMV does not record out-of-state violationscommitted by NYS drivers in other jurisdictions. The exceptions are alcohol-related violations, drug-related violations, and moving violations committed in Quebec or Ontario. Under special agreements, traffic convictions in Quebec or Ontario arerecorded on NYS driver license records and carry points. Except for violations in Ontario and Quebec, points are not added to your NYS record for out-of-state violations. If you do not respond to a ticket or fail to pay a fine for a moving violation that you committed in any state except Alaska, California, Michigan, Montana, Oregon or Wisconsin, the DMV suspends your NYS driver license until you respond to the ticket or pay the fine. If a driver from a state except these six states fails to respond to a traffic ticket issued in NYS, their driver license will be suspended until the driver responds to the traffic ticket in NYS. Drivers from other states must contact the DMV in their home state to get information about the effect of a traffic violation conviction that occurs in NYS. If you receive a conviction for an alcohol-related or drug-related driving violation in any state, your NYS driver license is revoked for at least six months"I have no idea about Texas. Their information is spread across at least three different departments.
The mere fact that the license is expired does not constitute a crime. If you are fishing (an act) with an expired license, there is potential for a jail sentence, depending on where this occurs.
You can lose your Litter License if the following occurs:1) You're a horrible pet owner and you neglect your puppies and the mother while they're weaning. If this happens, the consequences are severe. They'll take ALL the puppies away from you on your side of the litter, AND the mother. If you have the father, they'll take all the puppies on your side of the litter. After that you'll get whatever litter licenses you have on your account revoked (taken away from you), and you'll be suspended from breeding for a certain time frame, until you learn some respect for virtual pets and what the responsibility is that comes with breeding them.2) You lose your Litter License when you breed. Only 1 breeding session per license. If you breed your pet, you've spent your LL. You'll need to buy another Litter License if you want to breed again.3) You lose your Litter License if you sell it in the FooMart (obviously)4) You lose your Litter License if you delete your account (obviously)5) You lose your Litter License if you gift it to another member (obviously)
That depends on the country the offence occurs in.
..to flow as easily. A malleable (space between particles) structure is need for convection to take place.
It's usually just called a license or licensing agreement; it might be a sub-license if there are additional layers involved, but otherwise there's no specific name.
Yes, a Nobel Prize can be revoked in rare circumstances. This usually occurs if the recipient is later found to have engaged in fraudulent or unethical behavior related to the work that led to the prize.
12 Points in UK.This is specifically for Florida.Your license may be suspended if you incur the following points:12 points within a 12-month period―30-day suspension18 points within an 18-month period―three-month suspension24 points within a 36-month period―one-year suspensionIf you're a minor (younger than 18), the law is even more strict; if you accrue just six points in a 12-month period, your license will be limited to "business purposes only" for one whole year. Earning more than six points in that same time period will result in an 90-day extension of your license limitations.Points are given on the date the offense occurs. Driving out of state doesn't help, either; you'll accrue the same amount of points on your Florida license for convictions in any state or federal court.
driving while intoxicated under the influence of alchohol or drugs.
