Carbohydrates are our main source of fuel, so how we time the ingestion of this “fuelling macro” is crucial. During the bulking phase, eat about 4-7 g/kg of body weight of carbohydrates per day, or 270-480 g/day for a 68 kg (150 lb.)

The purpose of carb blockers is to stop your body from absorbing carbohydrates from foods. Carb blockers are used by people on diets trying to lose weight, as carbohydrates play a big role in weight.
There are two types of carbohydrates; complex, and simple. Carbohydrates in general are the energy your body recieves from eating food. Simple carbohydrates such as sugary candys give you lots of energy, so you get a 'sugar rush' then crashs later when your body runs of of this energy. Complex carbohydrates such as those in whole wheat bread take longer to digest, but still provide sustaining energy. If you are trying to watch your weight, you want to cut out simple carbohydrates such as candies and opt for fruits.
mainly vegies and meat. totally eat things that give you energy such as gushers and monster and you should totally do the dew.

If you're trying to lose weight it's usually advised to stop eating after 7pm but that's not just carbohydrates. There no real time of day that makes carbs good or bad.
http://www.bodybuilderpassions.com/ is the only site I found that is bodybuilder-specific. I recommend trying sites like Zoosk, Match, or eHarmony and put it in your profile that you'd like a woman who is into body building.
