A 7 pound rotisserie chicken should be cooked for about two hours and forty five minutes. To be safe, try cooking it for about three hours.

Prime rib is 18 minutes per pound.
2 hours and 30 minutes.......
Approx 1 hour and 20 minutes; including "no heat" rotation before carving. In a "Showtime" type rotisserie, it takes the oven about 2 minutes to come up to cooking temp, then roast for 15 minutes per pound. Meat thermomoter in meaty part (away from bone) should read an internal temp of 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Rotate without heat for 5-10 minutes before removing to carve. Showtime Rotisserie manuals are online at ronco.com
The rotisserie, allowing a meat to be constantly basted in its own juices provides a moist main course. Pork loin should be cooked for at least 20 minutes per pound for fresh meat.
You would cook a 4.5 pound chicken on a rotisserie for about 2 and a half hours. The temperature should be around 300-350 degrees Fahrenheit.
I usually give them 45 minutes to an hour.
How long it takes to cook a prime rib in a Ronco rotisserie will depend on how well done you want it. If you want it well done, you can cook it for 18 minutes per pound. If you like it medium rare, cook it for 14 minutes per pound.
approximately 20 minutes per pound, and internal temp of 170 degrees
