If the truck has California emissions it will have a total of four o2 sensors.

On normal 2000 Dodge Durango 4.7L models, there are only two, one front and one rear located immediately in front of (on driver side exhaust just below manifold) and directly behind the catalytic converter located in the middle of the vehicle underneath. I know that a lot of part stores claim two front sensors. This is WRONG, as I have just gone through the process of replacing them, including verifying the count from the local Dodge dealer...Should take about one hour to replace them...Good Luck
