How much dose it cost to get a timeing belt and a water pump replaced on a 1991 Honda Accord?
For my 2001 Honda Passport, I paid $420 to have the water pump and timing belt replaced in October 2008.
The water pump is replaced at the same time the cam belt is replaced on a 1994 Honda Accord. The cost at an independent shop will run from $350-$450. At a dealership it will cost around $800-$900. This price includes replacing both the water pump and cam belt which must be replaced every 90,000 miles. Warning: This is an interference engine. And as such if the belt breaks it will result in internal engine damage.
I paid $490 to have the water pump replaced.
is it a 2door or 4 door ?
I replaced mine just back in september, ran me a little over 800 canadian.
We replaced ours and it cost 21.95 for a lifetime water pump.....My husband replaced it by himself...
I had a Honda Civic 2003. It cost me $430 total. The break-up was $230 (parts) + 3 hr (labor) ($70/hr)
roughly $150-$400 depending on which ripoff you take it to, or do it yourself for cost of belt, $15-$60
It depends on what is broken on your water heater, as to how much it would cost to fix it. It might actually need to be replaced and be more cost effective to replace it.
I just had my alternator replaced on my 1990 Honda Accord and the final bill was $315.
I had mine replaced (2004 Accord V6) at a Honda dealer and the total was $3,500. Honda paid $2,500 of this even though it was out of warranty. Call Honda, as it does not hurt to ask.
