DIY:
Remove glove box (2 8mm screws on bottom)
Remove dash trim to right of box (one Phillips on top, snaps out)
Remove right side dash cover (snaps out)
Use 10mm socket to remove relay housing bolt.
Slide relay out and disconnect.
Install in reverse order.
Total time is under 10 minutes.
