Chemistry professor Charles Weber offers a list of potassium-containing foods

in his book suggesting potassium as a possible curative agent in the treatment of hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
Foods are listed as mg numbers per calorie. He lists an 80-calorie egg (frozen or unfrozen) as 0.8, so the multiple is 64 mg of potassium.
Weber's site contains many links to his and other works.

I would say potassium. ( unless much calcium is being stored in the ER and other places )

There is 2.5mg of potassium in 8 oz of Smart Water. It is added for taste, not to replenish potassium lost through intense exercise/ exertion.
According to USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference - Release 23 website: see link below, one large poached egg weighing 50 grams contains 69 mg. In Release 22 of that database, one large poached egg weighing 50 grams contained 66 mg. The method of preparing an egg has little effect on its potassium content, so if you look at the other entries in the database for eggs, there is only a slight variation in potassium content. An egg would be considered a low potassium food.
A typical goose egg contains about 302 mg of potassium.
There are approximately 6 grams of protein in one large boiled egg (or unboiled).
The egg white of a large egg has 17 calories and 0.1 grams of fat. It has 3.6 grams of protein, and 54 milligrams of potassium.
How much potassium in margarine
The white part of the egg surrounding the yolk is call the albumen or glaire. Albumen accounts for much of an egg's liquid weight, about 66%. The white of an egg contains more than half the egg's total protein, a majority of the egg's niacin, riboflavin, magnesium, potassium and sodium. The albumen provides the liquid medium and protein for the growth of a developing chick.
706mg of potassium
A symptom (sometimes misspelled as sympthom) of too much potassium is slow or abnormal heart rate. Too much potassium can also cause weakness.
