Not sure if this helps but I have a 95 Nissan pickup ka24e which requires no adjustments (self-adjusting). Check the sticker on your hood/rad support/firewall for lifter adjustment information. If it supplies a measurement #.## then you get some feeler gauges, pop the valve cover, loosing the bolt with a boxend wrench, turn the stud with a flathead until the clearance is set (with the feeler gauge) and tighten the bolt, move on to the next one. I believe you need to manually crank the engine so that you adjust on the low part of the lobe.
Nissan will adjust your valves for 75.00,just call them.
If it's a KA24E engine it's 1,3,4,2.
If it's a ka24e it's somewhere on the block.on most cars it right on top of the valvecover.so goodluck
only if the Nissan truck has the same motor. which some do by the way. some Nissan trucks have the same rear-wheel motor, KA24DE, or KA24E. if the truck has an automatic KA motor, then yes the transmission will fit right in. chances are the transmission mounts will line up, but if not you will have to remount it, which is just a matter of extending the mount and drilling a new screw-hole for the bolts.
on a 350 engine to adjust valves tighten them down with engine running then back them off until it smooths out probably about a quarter of a turn
720/Hardbody - Equipped with either a Z24 or (in later years) a KA24e. Both engines are known to go beyond 300,000 miles without major repairs.
1990-1997 all had the KA24e. 96-97 were OBD2 though (easy to change however). The 90-95 were all identical in every way engine wise. Nissan didn't try to fix something not broken....
3500 pounds is the official weight straight form the manual for a 4x4. I pull 2k in my 96 4x4 ka24e and while it CAN do it, it's not happy lol
Check your clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder for leaks,if no leaks, then you need a new clutch kit.
no sir
Nissan Hardbody Truck was created in 1986.
