I am so sorry to tell you that i cant answer your question but i would if i could
i don't have a 94 but if by composite lites you mean what i think you mean then here goes, all you need to do is twist the bulbs out from the back of the housing. look at the back housing from inside the engine bay. just grab the wiring clip that's attached to the bulb in question and twist, lefty/loosie...rightie/tightie.
A 1994 Concorde uses ATF +4.
You can gain access to the bulb from the trunk?
Passenger side of engine block about half way down. That's where it was on my 94 Concorde.
It is a lot of work!... If you have a 3.5L. get the book!... No it's not just read my answer for replacing the pump on a 94 concode 3.5 they are the same..
I have a 1991, and in order to change these on the front, I have to go under the front bumper and reach in to unclamp the bulb socket, and change the bulb that way. On the back, I have to take out the trunk lining panel on which ever side of the rear is not working, unclamp the socket and change the bulb. I am not sure if a "94" is put together in this manner or not, but its worth a look see.

First recommendation is that you take it to a certified mechanic to prevent any damage to the car and to yourself. If you think you have the capability of doing that, open the hood or the trunk depending on the bulb you want to change, locate the rear end of the bulb, unscrew it and the replace it with another one. You need the proper sized bulb which you will be able to get from a retailed dealer.
