I don't know if the 1995 is the same as the ( 1996 ) Ford F-150 but the 4.9 liter straight six takes ( 6 quarts with engine oil filter change )

It takes 7 quarts of oil....

I don't know about the 4x4, but in the 2x4, you have to lift the engine several inches to take off the oil pan. Beyond that, it's pretty straight forward. Remove the bolts, etc. and replace with the new pump.
The Transmission Dipstick is located on the Passengers side near the firewall in the engine compartment.
The 2005 F150 5.4 L 3V engine takes 7 quarts with engine oil filter change , according to the Owner Guide
It is on the bottom side of the oil pan. If you cannot find it, then you are not qualified to change your own oil.
