As with any car, remove the wheel/tire assemblies, then remove the bolts on the calipers and hang them by wire from the springs to protect the brake lines, then try to get the old rotors off (they will probably be hard to remove from heat and oxidation), and replace with new ones. Make sure you wire-brush the contact surface of the hub before installing the new ones.
