Drop the front cover of the oil pan and remove all the belts and the components they drive, water pump, tentioner, harmonic balancer, then take the front of the engine off. You also need to take off the valve cover. The chain has a tentioner you will need to loosen. unless its broken, but you still need to loosen it to put a new chain on. write me at stewblank6669 at Yahoo and I have pics of a broken down Saturn engine. Its a single overhead cam engine. Mite take me a day or so to respond.

A timing chain, that needs to be replaced, can cause your engine to run rough and lose power. A broken timing chain can cause significant engine damage.

The quad driver module on a 1995 Saturn SW2 is found in the car's ECU/PCM, which is the cars computer. If there is something wrong with the computer then the reverse lights and windows will not work.
