The clutch fan on a 2004 Chevy Silverado is removed by loosening the alternator bracket and pulling the drive belt. The fan's retaining bolts can then be removed and pulled from the engine.
That is what the big fan on the front of your engine is bolted to.
It is under passenger side dash behind the blower motor. You must remove blower motor to access it.
dude i have no clue but I'll ask my dad who is a mechanic !
it is no suh a thing is fan belt on 2002 corolla
If you open the hood and look down at the front of the engine you will see a big fan on the front of the engine. That fan is bolted to the water pump.
You will probably have to remove fan/pulley first to get clearance then just remove fasteners from rad.
The best way to remove the clutch fan is to rent the clutch fan wrench from an automotive store (Advance, Autozone, etc). When you find the one that fits the nut on the backside of the fan, place the wrench on the nut and hit the other end with a hammer. It will break it loose and allow you to remove it from the pulley. Remember, the nut is right hand thread, so it tighten and loosens backwards from normal.
