1) jack up vehicle 2) remove lugs( if don't use compressor, loosen lugs prior to jacking) 3) unbolt caliper 4) remove pads and set aside if reusing 5) remove caliper bracket bolts and remove the bracket and rotor 6) installation is the reverse *be sure to clean area of debris and lubricate well

The most common cause of that is the front brake rotors are out of round / warped. Replace rotors are have them turned.
