You can purchase a new aftermarket fender for aprox. $50.00 & front bumper for $80.00. The rear bumper for aprox. $ 175.00. I recently bought these.

You have to pull down the inner fender skirts to gain access to the fasteners of the front bumper cover. Once you've got the front bumper cover pulled away from the headlamp assembly then unfasten the assembly then it can pulled out without the bumper or front of the fender being in the way.
On a Saturn there are metal clips that hold the bumper to the fender. One of these fell off of my 2001 SL1. It was fairly easy to replace, but should never have happened. It just simply clips in place once you line the bumper with the fender. I think these clips are in place all the way around the bumper. It was the passenger's side of mine that came off.
remove headlight there is 2 bolts there ,remove enter fender there is one nut that bolts the bumper to the fender, there is two bolts at the bottom of the fender next to the door.then one bolt in the middle of fender next to the door. then you got the bolts on top of fender under hood
Fender is on the side of the car, over the wheel. Bumper is on the front below the grill running from side to side.
Yes. The bed of a pickup truck is a separate structure. It can be unbolted and changed like a fender or a bumper.

Car bumper. It's the same here.
Remove the headlights, remove the hood and you probably need to remove the bumper. All along the fender should be bolts that secure the fender to the van. There will probably be about 6 on top, 2 or 3 on the bottom and a few along the side.

To replace a Pontiac Grand Am bumper cover, start by taking out either the three bolts on the side of the fender or in front of the wheels. Remove the top pushpins to remove the cover. Push back the two pins for each headlight, and pull them up. Unplug the lights. Then, get the replacement bumper, and snap it into place like the previous one.
