You will have to take the passenger tire off and go in through the tire weld. Then go to the top and take the Radiator Housing off and also take the Engine mount off. you will then take the black cover off the timing on the passenger side. After taking the cover off there will be covers over pullys there will be 4-6 bolts to get that off. (Also replace the water pump and pullys recommended) after getting the cover off take the Camshaft off and the bottom cover of the timing belt. Then take the timing belt off and you will have to feed the new belt down to the bottom. Also stick a flat head in between the gears up top so the belt will line up right. then slap the new belt on and replace the covers. replace everything you took off and if it doesn't start then somewhere the timing is messed up and i can't answer that yet
