I bled for 3 days a month ago and my test was negative the day before bleeding but while ovulating last week he finished inside. I do not knowif I'm pregnant and if so how long i have been?

You could possibly be pregnant from last week. If this is a boyfriend, think long and hard about doing this without permanent form of Birth Control that you take all of the time. A baby is cute, but raising a child takes maturity and requires giving up a lot of your wants while you are a teen.
