well actually sayin that it cranks but won't turn over is a statement that kinda contradicts itself, but i think i get what your saying. your motor is spinning but its not tryin to fire. the buzzing noise coming from your battery junction box is the sound of a relay. your best bet would be to try removing the cover and have someone try to start it. when you here the buzzing noise see if you can here which relay it is coming from. if you can find it you next step be to look in the owners manual and locate which relays in the battery junction box (BJB) control things that shouldn't affect the vehicle starting(i.e. the fan motors, or maybe the A/C). look and see if one of these relays has the same part number as the one making the noise. if you find one just switch the bad one and a known GOOD one and see if the motor starts. If it does start then you need to get a new relay to replace the bad one. Your problem could be something different, but being that the BJB is easily accessible this would be my first step in troubleshooting.
If the battery turns the engine over as it should then the battery is good.
check battery
your alternator ain't charging your battery or a bad connection draining the battery
Sounds like you have a dead battery.
check your timing
if i sccidently shorted the battery car wont start but cranks whats wrong ??
could be the starter or the solenoid, they arer pron to heating up especially when using headers, peace
If the check engine light is or has illuminated, check for codes.
check all the fuses.
You need a battery. There's a very small chance it could be something else, but from the symptoms you describe it is more than likely a bad battery.
Sounds like you might have a bad starter relay.
if the engine cranks.... then it is not the battery or alternator.... look at the primary electrical system and fuel injection
