I have a Chevy 307 it is misfiring how do I check which spark plug is not correct?

I'm guessing you've messed up the wires? Year make model does help, The info belo is 1980-1990 olds 307
18436572 is the firing order, dist rotation counter clockwise, # 1 is drivers front.
