I have a cold air intake 3.4 pulley 3'' downpipe high flow cat and u bend delete on my 2002 grand prix GTP why would the service engine light be on?

There can be several reasons for the light to come on. It can be because the O2 sensor has been eliminated with the U-bend delete or it can sometimes be related to the CAI modification. The high flow cat can also set off the SES light as the rear O2 sensor (if applicable) will "think" that the cat is not performing correctly. Get your engine scanned to know for sure. It may be an oxygen sensor issue. I had a 2002 Mustang GT with similar set up and had the same problem. The manufacturer of your high flow exhaust system should make a new sensor that takes the place of the stock one that sends a false signal to the emissions control and gets rid of the "check engine" light. That engine has 2 of them and believe it or NOT. they are UNDERNEATH the intake manifold. You will have to remove the intake to even SEE them are to service them.

Both. But I'd start with a cold air intake. Then do the APR Tune. After you get a turboback exhaust you can get a downpipe file from APR.

Honestly, you can turbo anything with a combustible engine, but if you can not find a exhaust manifold and downpipe that will fit your engine that will hoist the turbo in place,you will have to get them custom frabricated to fit, along with intercooling piping and intake piping. Turbo timer and Boost controler are needed or else you can destroy your engine, and you can get those installed by local garge. But yes you can. I have a Turbo on my lawn mower.
