The yaw sensor is attached to the steering wheel column under the driver's left knee clipped within a bracket together with the pitch sensor. Both measure acceleration in either the lateral (yaw) or forward (pitch) directions and are used for the electronic stability programme (ESP) system. its incorporated into the maf sensor.

The 1995 Nissan Pathfinder IAT sensor can be found in the air intake hose. The IAT sensor will be between the air filter box and the top of the engine.
Built into Mass Airflow Sensor
The IAT on a 94-97 models is not a separate component, like on later models. It is included in the Mass Air Flow Sensor. The Mass Air Flow Sensor is the black, plastic tubular component connected at the top of your airbox on the driver's side.
Check the air filter box.
