Starving yourself is not the way to go. You could die. Your vital organs can be damaged and much muscle lost. It can backfire and cause you to be worse off in the long run as your body metabolism will then start to put everything on as fat rather than burn it. Please don't do this. There are much better, less damaging and permanent ways to make a difference. Please seek out a medical opinion as to the best option for you and maybe contact a weight loss center and check out the information now available on low GI eating which produces results where other diets fail. In that way it can be a whole new life for you rather than the opposite.

There are thousands of calories in a pound, so even if you skip a whole weeks calories its difficult to lose too much weight. Additionally, by starving yourself you slow down metabolism and slow the weight loss process more. If you wanna lose more weight, take the time to do diet and exercise and give yourself weeks, not days, to lose pounds.
never starve yourself! that is completely unhealthy! if you want to lose weight talk to your doctor.
This question needs more information. Weight/Height? You should never have to starve youself. Depending on your weight and height you can get away with eating around 1700 calories per day with daily exercise you will lose weight. Unless you are 'Obese' then you probably won't lose 20 pounds in 2 months. I would expect a 1-2lb fatloss per week without going catabolic (losing muscle).
