Unfortunately not. Three years of marriage is required to be able to apply for a citizenship and even then it is not 100% you get it. US Immigration rules are quite strict. You will not even get a permanent resident visa after marriage automatically or even the regular tourist visa to be able to attend the ceremony in the US... You and your fiancée will be interviewed... If the interviewers decide that you entered into marriage in good faith (you are not faking it), then you'll pass. Make sure your (the lady's) record is spotless back in Romania and you have no connection to any politically or otherwise unstable people and of course: don't marry someone for the citizenship only (or at least don't tell him, until you got it). (I know a Hungarian dancer who didn't get a simple tourist transit visa to Buenos Aires through Miami, because he was born in Macedonia (FYROM) and was considered an immigration risk). The answer is no. But the children born from this marriage will automatically become US citizens. The spouse of US citizen will be eligible to become US citizen after he/she (the non-US citizen) stay in US for a minimum of 3 years as a Permanent Resident.
No, marrying a U.S. citizen does not automatically grant an immigrant permanent resident or citizenship status. http://www.uscis.gov
