If the interior lights on a 1984 Chevy Camaro will not come on but the fuses are fine what else could be the problem?

It could be the bulb, or the switch, or possibly the wiring. Use a voltage meter to test for power where the light bulb plugs into. then take it apart and test the wires themselves.
