What you're talking about could be a symptom of fibroids. You might find that Vitex helps if you have similar problems often, but you have to take it for 3 or 4 months before you'll know if it helps. It could be an early miscarriage, you have to check the sensitivity of the pregnancy test you took and see if it would have detected a really early pregnancy. You didn't give your age, if you are young irregular periods are not abnormal. If you are sexually active either stop or get Birth Control. The life you ruin may be your own. The blood clot could be lining and is probably not a miscarriage. The fetus at weeks is not large at all.
