If you have power to every thing but when you turn the key it as if the battery is dead could the neutral safety switch cause this problem?

If you have a chip in your key you may just be able to clean your key & wait 3 min. it may be the netrul swith but GM products have an anti teft that if it is not getting the right signal from chip in your key it will act that way. you can usally clean the key and wait 3 min and the car will start with no prob.

It could be the neutral safety switch, it could also be the starter. A problem with the key security system is also a possibility.
Start simple. Clean and tighten the battery terminals first. I think this may fix your problem.
