NO! your muscle does not turn into fat it just replaces it as you work out. the toning and mass of your muscle will decrease though witch will make your muscle "shrink" even if you dont work out extensivly you still need to do some kind of physical activity to maintain the muscle you have gained.

It would, but it's not. You've got to weight-train to build muscle, and also eat a lot.

You can burn off the extra fat later, by running.

No Fat cannot be converted to protein but fat will be burnt to fuel the exercise.

For sure - no. That's an old myth. Your body uses up the fat and your muscles grow in size when you workout. It only looks like the fats turning into muscle.

no, fat does not turn into muscle, you lose the fat first and then your muscles grow, this is a common misunderstanding and don't do it again, you are a r-tard if you do
