The government of the Philippines does not allow you to have dual nationality.
Yes you can, you are a citizen because of your parent was but you must register with your closest Trinidad Consulate, to do so you must take your father Trinidad documents as Passport or Birth Cirtificate to prove he was a citizen of Trinidad, then you must also take along your birth certificate and ID to prove he is your father. It's really simple it's even faster if you go to Trinidad with your regular passport then apply there for a Trinidad passport.
well i suppose u can. since you are a british citizen. yeah
I'm a Canadian citizen married to a Trinidadian/Canadian person; how do I apply for a Trinidadian passport?
if any of your spouse, parents is an Indian then you can apply for Indian citizenship....and if your child is born in India you can be an Indian citizen
I was a dutch national who became an Australian citizen However the dutch still consider me Dutch. In your case the situation seems a little more extreme and I suggest you contact the Netherlands Consulate for clear advice on this question. You can apply for Dutch citizenship, but as far as I know you will be treated no differently because of the history of your grandfather. Anyone can attempt to apply for Dutch citizenship, but your situation as described in your question does not give you any eligibility.
You can apply to get French citizenship by marriage, after being married for a few years with a French citizen. It is essential to prove that your spouse has French nationality (being born in a former French colony is not taken as an indication of French nationality), and that you are effectively living with him (there should be an enquiry by officials into that)
My mother was citizen apply for me have a green card but wondering how long I be able to apply citizen ship
Technically, he is an illegal alien. You see, although he was created, he was not a natural born citizen (nor did he apply for citizenship, insofar as is known!). Therefore, Frankenstein has no known nationality. Dr. Fredrick Frankenstein was Swiss.
You don't say what nationality you are. If your husband is Irish, he has exactly the same rights while resident in the UK as a British citizen (He is not considered an alien).
It absolutely depends on which country are you applying to become a citizen of. Because some countries do not allow dual citizenship, so, you'll have to give up your Belgian nationality based on their request. Moreover, Belgium does not allow you to retain dual nationality if you want to become a citizen of some countries such as the Netherlands, Korean Republic, and Japan.
he will stay American citizen....he has to apply to become a Canadian citizen or his wife has to apply for him and will have to tell the court that she has married him
