Either or neither. Classifying people by tying them to a particular place is not really meaningful. It is as artificial as classifying them by skin color or eye slant. Jews, like Gypsies, are a people that have existed for
a very long time without being tied to a particular patch of dirt. Jewish tradition clearly ties Jews to a spot in the Middle East, but it's equally sensible for an Ashkenazic Jew to point to an ancestral village in Poland or Russia. The worst of it is that some of those villages have been in Poland, Russia, Romania and Hungary because the borders of those lands kept moving while the village stayed put. As a result, for many Jews, it is nonsense to speak of a particular nation-state from which their ancestors came. So, the right answer is probably "an Ashkenazic Jew" and when someone asks "is that Middle Eastern or European" challenge the question.

Cypus is the only European Union member in the Middle East. All other European Union countries (as could be guessed) are in Europe. Turkey is a Middle Eastern country that has tried to accede to the European Union, but has not had its accession accepted. To read more about that read the Related Question. The European Union is very active politically in the Middle East, often serving as a bloc to negotiate against different Middle Eastern countries and therefore make negotiations more favorable in the Middle East.

No Pakistan is not middle eastern it is in South Asia. just because it is mainly a Muslim country does not make it middle eastern. Although the DNA test you took indicates that you may have had Jewish ancestors, this does not make you Jewish. In truth, you may just have regional markers that are shared between various Middle Eastern groups. Judaism is in fact a religion, it has never been a race. There are only two possible ways to be a Jew, to be born to a Jewish woman or to convert following Jewish law.
