Mecca is the center of the Islamic world. Because Islam is such a large, and often misunderstood religion, it is quite important to the rest of the world as well. I'm not sure that any place is entitled to be called "The Center of the World". Rome is the center of the Christian world, New York is the center of the financial world (one of them anyway) and so on. Does that make them more important than all the rest? I think not.

Every point on Earth has a different set of latitude and longitude coordinates,

and Mecca is a big place, with a great many points in it.

The North corner of the Kaaba is located at

21.42257° north latitude

39.82622° east longitude.

No, because the centre of the Earth is called the Core. The next layer up is the Inner Core, then Outer Core, after them is the Mantel and finally is the Crust which we live on.
