We all know that certain type's of cereal contain high amount's of sugar.

But the question is

"Is cereal bad for children?"I can answer that for you, NO

Just choose the right choices most will contain Grains, Sultana's, Almonds, Chopped apricots, etc.

that will give your childrean all sorts of vitamins and protein

adding some milk or yogurt both have good amounts of calcium.

Cereal is a healthy start for people on diets its not only good for children, its great for adults health.

so what ever you hear from people about how fat, sugary or unhealthy they'll think/say it is, that's a big myth.

So eat your cereal with a smile and enjoy

every last healthy yummy bite. :)
