It depends. Your body needs some fat in order to absorb the nutrients that are found in food. Fats like olive oil, nuts and avocados not only have the healthy fats that your body needs, but also has a lot of omega-3 fatty acids.
Saturated and trans fats, however, are found in processed foods and should be avoided. In other words, don't be afraid of healthy fat!
