Because there are many people of mixed races everywhere. Looks are deceiving sometimes so accusing a person with a hispanic's skin tone has its faults.
some do.....my friend is filipino/japanese and he likes hispanic chicks,asian chicks,and some other cultures......so you cant actually say that all of a certain race likes has some sort of attraction to other races....some are just ignorant and stick to their race.....to me it's what's on the inside first and looks second =]
