Yes, as when you grill you don't use any added oils. In frying you add oil to the food, and therefor the food absorbs the oil, which is essentially plant fats. Google oil and why it's unhealthy. Without the oil the food contains less fat, and therefor less calories etc.
lots of things have been made healthier by grilling. meats that are grilled instead of fried are much healthier. no, not everything you grill is healthy, but its definitely healthier then something fried.
Grilled food generally has less fat because the fat drips out while cooking.
no wheat bread is way healthier
Yes and it's a lot tastier but sadly more expensive :( long live the grill!!
McDonalds burgers are fried on a griddle, where the grease pools around the burger. Burger King's burgers are "flame broiled" on a grill, and the grease falls through the grill. However, the difference in "healthiness" is minuscule, and depends more on the toppings than on the way the meat is prepared.
It can be, considering the kinds of food that people generally grill. Baking is healthier overall, but if you want to grill once in a while there's nothing wrong with that.
All things that you can cook on a frying pan you can cook with a George Foreman Grill. Bacon, lunch meat, sausage, ham and eggs are some things you can cook on it. Make sure to avoid putting meat with bones in it on your grill.
Probably the celery would be healthier and less fatty, but if you want a something good to eat, cake is the way to go!!!! Edit by another person: Celery is way healthier
grilled, reason why you want to grill your food. is because the grease and fat get burned when they go down to the fire.
If its fried its a bit tougher to eat. But if you grill it, its more healthier and has a nicer texture to it
in my opinion the way we can be healthier in terms of exercise and nutrition is to eat a lot of protein and carbs
